First of all, we have an incredibly diverse and impressive resume. The owners of Alexandra--brothers Nestor & Paul Papageorge, literally grew up in a construction family. Even before graduating college, both brothers were heavily involved in the family construction and real estate investment company, from the ground level sweeping up after crews, to complete control of all aspects of the entire business of more than thirty employees. This involved not only "hands-on" architecture and construction, but significant investment in many forms of real estate, giving us an added facet in the understanding of market trends, investment strategies, forward-thinking design, resale strategies, negotiating, and unique opportunities. Our breadth of experience encompasses literally hundreds of commercial and residential projects, including many very high-profile ones. From the accolades received completing the highly publicized historical renovation of the spectacular landmark Cleveland Federal Courthouse, to the renovation and construction of hundreds of homes in a wide array of pricepoints, to our many prestigious awards for design and structure, our many years of intensive "hands-on" experience in the field and at the drafting table assures you that you are in the most capable of hands.

So how do you get started? Well, if you don't already have a homesite, we'll help you choose one. As both designer and builder, we look at land from a different perspective than most. We typically carry a number of "hand-picked" premium homesites in inventory, but if we don't have the right spot for your family, we'll help you find one. We can often negotiate favorable pricing through our long standing releationships with land developers, and we offer you the use of our real estate agent to help you make a thorough and well researched purchase that is perfect for your family. Already own your home but want to update? We will gladly stop over and give you our initial thoughts on your new remodeling or addition project.
Next, we will sit down with you and together begin the process of architectural design, or you can bring your own plans or architect into our system. We are extremely well-versed in many architectural styles, and are well known for our design expertise.
