We have made amazing progress and are closing in on the start of 2008 Homearama. As we posted in earlier blogs, our featured home is the Nantucket 2.0, and includes all the great features of our original award-winning design in addition to some new twists. We are excited that we were able to partner with such a great list of suppliers and vendors this year. Danny Vegh's Billiards will be furnishing our finished basement, including gaming, pool, poker, and a theatre room. Arhaus Furniture will be helping with the interior decorating & furniture. Timan Custom Window Treatments is providing all the beautiful blinds and window treatments. Audiovisions will be providing all of our audio and video throughout the home. Frate Landscaping will be handling the landscaping. Eagle Valley Growers is providing the patio furniture and gorgeous potted plants in the courtyard. We will continue to add to this blog as more vendors come on board. We have literally hand-selected these vendors and they are the best in the business--please consider them for your projects! Check our "partners" page for further info.
The home is really coming together now, and we think it will impress. We have incorporated some spectacular new finishes and trim details to the interior designed to surprise and delight, yet still maintain the very liveable feel and architecture of the poplar Nantucket. We have begun the courtyard/outdoor kitchen area which features a quaint, custom designed brick fireplace and cooking area in a private, beautifully landscaped setting. The fireplace is really a show-stopper, and we know the lucky future owners of this home will spend many nights relaxing in front of it. See our "models" page for more information, sales info, amenities, availablity, etc. We also have other great sites available for custom builds. Click here for details.
